Invited lectures are limited to 30 minutes, including both the presentation and the discussion.

Oral presentations are limited to 20 minutes, including the presentation and a short discussion.

Poster format: A0 size (841 × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.

Poster sessions will be held in two rounds: Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday/Friday. Authors should display their posters on the first morning of their session (Tuesday or Thursday) and remove them on the afternoon of the second day (Wednesday or Friday).

Speakers are requested to deliver their presentations on a USB stick (preferred formats: Adobe Acrobat PDF or MS Power Point (16:9) to the designated lecture room at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
