How to register
- Registration does not require creating an account.
- Select your preferred registration profile.
- After completing your registration, you will receive in automatic registration confirm e-mail summarising of the options you have selected.
- If you do not receive this e-mail, either your e-mail address has been entered incorrectly or the registration process has not been completed.
Please note that your choices in the
registration form cannot be changed individually. Therefore, if you wish to change your registration category, fee, or other options, please write to
ecm35@ppnt.poznan.pl .
Each time the organizers make changes to your registration, you will receive a new registration confirmation e-mail reflecting those changes. The registration number
(RegID) is located at the very top of the registration confirmation, is assigned once upon registration, and does not change when modifications are made.
Abstract submission requires the participant's registration number
(RegID)
Participants may independently update their privacy policy preferences. To make changes, follow the guidelines provided in your registration confirmation.
Please note that registration options not linked to a payment (included in the registration fee) may be edited until Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Payments
Fees must be paid in euros (€) by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via bank transfer to Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation (AMUF)
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you must first complete the registration form.
Bank transfer details and instructions can be found in the registration confirmation e-mail.
Please note that admission to ECM35 cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received in full.
If payment remains outstanding or is delayed, registrations will be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
Invoices
The invoice will be issued and sent to your e-mail address in PDF format in due time. Possible delays may occur due to holiday periods or overlapping deadlines.
WARNING
Ensure that all invoice information is correct and complete!
Consistency in billing data is mandatory!
- If you select “billing to MYSELF as a private person" it means that YOU will pay, and the invoice will be in YOUR name. Please fill out all the mandatory fields with YOUR personal details.
- If you select “billing to a COMPANY/UNIVERSITY/INSTITUTION”, it means that THEY will pay. Please fill out all the mandatory fields with the billing details of your company, university, or institution, including the invoice recipient.
It is mandatory to provide a Taxpayer Identification Number. Please ensure to enter the correct one!
Failing to provide the correct billing details will result in an incorrect invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must always be confirmed in writing. Please send an e-mail to
ecm35@ppnt.poznan.pl and include all your bank information.
Refunds, minus a €50 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received before July 31, 2025
After this date, no refunds will be possible. No refunds will be issued in case of no-show.
